By the Grace of Shri Mataji, we are looking forward to meeting at Balmoral to worship our Holy Mother in Her aspect of Shri Mahakali.

About this Form:
- Maximum 150 people allowed for this event.
- Please create a separate booking for each adult and child attending with you.
- To comply with NSW government guidelines, everyone attending this event is required to complete the Form below.
- Information collected will be used only for the purposes of tracing COVID-19 infections. Your data will be retained for 28 days after this event.
- In accordance with public health directives, it is essential that to ensure Yogis maintain a physical distance of 1.5 meters from other Yogis, a limit of one person per four square meters of main hall floor space is permitted.
